Work with your engineers. Not around them.
Our approach starts with your engineering operating model. Roles, responsibilities, expectations, security controls, and collaboration are clarified before onboarding.

Not a black-box shortlist. A practical sequence from your technical challenge to your extended team.

Good processes start with clear answers.
Who manages day-to-day engineering work?+
In an embedded engagement, the client engineering lead owns priorities, reviews, and the technical roadmap. Axie and the client document any additional support responsibilities in the agreement.
Can we interview candidates before selecting someone?+
Candidate selection and client interview expectations are discussed during the role-scoping process. The goal is to validate both technical fit and working style.
What happens if our priorities change?+
Change management depends on the agreed engagement terms. Discuss material scope changes, role seniority, working hours, and offboarding explicitly before work begins.
Is intellectual property ownership covered?+
IP assignment, confidentiality, data handling, and access obligations should be documented in the signed commercial agreement, subject to legal review.
Let's design the right engagement.
Describe the role and how your team works today.
